I've never been able to enjoy and play Stardew Valley-type games but I am REALLY liking Village Monsters and have obsessively played through about 10 hours now. I think it's because of the monsters, tbh. And because Yggette the tree sends me positive vibes every day which is SO nice. I'm looking forward to the next update!
Really enjoyed playing this! The different game styles were fun, and I appreciated that it was easy not to die in them since I'm pretty bad at half of them. Wowzer of an ending!
Great look, love the background noises/robot sounds, could use a bit more instructions on what to do (or just WHY) in the beginning, especially since there's no save feature yet. A good start!
lmao yeah, sometimes literally 10 seconds after I opened the radio! Also I noticed that sometimes if I dragged the dial too far and let go, it'd reset back to where I started. Eek.
This is super cute and would be a great party game for nerds who love both Morse code and adorable bunny cheerleaders!
A very interesting game! Love the concept and wow, that ending. I do wish that the 'no crt/blinking' option turned off ALL blinking/flashing/etc. I know it'd mess with the look of the game, but even as somone with minimal eye issues, it was a bit much.
Just as difficult to stay alive as in Oregon Trail, but way more fun because of the scifi/space theme! Really enjoyed playing this-- I've died three times so far.
I really liked the characters, story, setting, and multiple dialogue options, but I wish the 'scrolling through the radio' controls were able to be changed. It was AGONIZINGLY slow, and even worse when I got the upgraded radio and had double the channels to look through. Something like holding the R button and using arrows to scroll through it would be much easier to use.
This was super fun! I really enjoyed the characters, the puzzles were just the right amount of tricky, and I appreciated being able to skip back through everything so I could get every single ending. ;) Can't wait to play the other games, when they come out!
For both options you end up with the stake; I'm assuming you can give it back to her at the party if you don't use it on Andy. (I used it on Andy and also feel bad about it...)
This was super fun! I've managed to get to level 10 a few times before running out of money, and I definitely plan on playing more and see if I can get to a higher level.
I look forward to seeing what the next version of this game looks like!!

I have read the entire prologue, and I love it!
I fully understand Lee's point of view and also his family's point of view, and honestly it doesn't surprise me that Lee has chosen the 'demon' at the end (Although to be honest, we don't know if he had the option to refuse), his Family has unconsciously cornered him to that position.
This has reminded me a lot of cases such as homosexuality or transsexuality or religion (Simply that one person believes or feels something different from their family) in a family that loves their children but doesn't understand them, and they think it is a 'phase' or 'they try to get their attention' or they aren't 'mature' enough, and the worst part is that they believe that with their actions they are 'helping' them.
Honestly, I don't think it's a good idea for the devil to have Lee under his spell, nor do I think the devil was the only way for Lee to run away from his house, but his family made him believe otherwise, and it's clear that his family can't help Lee with the devil (Honestly, they are hypocrites, bragging about tradition and family love, but when something serious happens to Lee, they leave him).
I have already started playing One-Eyed Lee and the Dinner Party (I'm not done yet, I'm going to need a guide or something), I want to see Lee's future, I wish him good fortune.
P.D .: Will there be romance in the future?
Hi there! Thanks so so much for your thoughtful comment, I super appreciate it!
Lee's family dynamic is very, very complex. I think you hit a lot of stuff spot on and some stuff I think you may have different thoughts on as the series goes on. ;)c All I can really say is that, we will be learning a lot about Lee as the game goes on, and we haven't seen the last of his family either! I don't wanna say more than that and spoil anything though.
As for romance? Hmm, I wonder? ;Dc That's another thing I'm not gonna go too deeply into right now. This series of games is very emotional, and I don't want to give out too much and spoil some reveals! Forgive me for being tight lipped, usually I'm way more open about the future of a series -- but just this once, I want stuff to be a surprise!
Thanks again for your wonderful comment and I really hoped you enjoy Dinner Party! I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it, and if you need help with a specific puzzle, feel free to ask me. Have an awesome day!
Now you have given me much more desire to know what will happen in the future!
And even if there was no romance (which you haven't affirmed or denied, so I can still hope), I have already fallen in love with the story and the characters, so I can't escape even if I wanted to.
P.D .: I would like that Lee could reconcile with his family, he gave me the impression that he was sad and frustrated that his family didn't understand him.
I'm excited you're excited for the future! I think people who like these first two installments will have a lot to look forward to.
And again, I can't say too much -- just that I'm excited to eventually bring the next game to you! I plan to start work on it in 2021. (I need time to work on other games in the meantime.)
Giving up your past to pursue the mysterious future, I wonder how much our little Lee will change. I really hope its for the better, but of course bad things will creep up ;u; aaaa i definitely want to play the next part once I can!
Thanks for checking out the prologue! Thankfully the next part is already out, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it! <3
